Is this a public disposable mail service?

Is it 100% secure?

No product should claim that. Huang Temp Mail is designed with layered security controls including authn/authz, sanitization, rate limits, and audit logs.

What does hosting cost?

Costs depend on traffic, storage, email volume, bandwidth, domains, and free-tier limits of your providers. There is no absolute zero-cost guarantee.
